CZ Talks Binance Listings as TST Debate Continues! "I Think Listings…"

Changpeng Zhao (CZ), the founder of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has been on the agenda with the memecoin called TST, which he recently promoted, and lastly spoke about listings. Stating that decentralized exchanges DEXs automate token listings, CZ said that centralized exchanges CEXs should also list everything automatically like DEXs. CZ stated that the Binance listing process is also a bit broken, and that Binance announces listings four hours before the relevant token listing, which often leads to price fluctuations. CZ pointed out that after the listing announcement, the token price increased on DEXs, and then investors sold on CEXs. While CZ admitted that there was no definitive solution to the listings, he said investors should be careful. While CZ recently added that he no longer operates a CEX, his comments come amid ongoing controversy over Binance’s listing practices, including the recent listing of BNB-based memecoin TST. “Finally, as an observer, I think the Binance listing process is a bit broken.
