Huge Move Concerning XRP and Three Major Altcoins from Nasdaq!

While interest in Bitcoin and altcoins has increased significantly recently, a major move regarding XRP and three major altcoins came from the major US stock exchange Nasdaq. Accordingly, technology exchange Nasdaq added four more altcoins to its cryptocurrency index, increasing the total number of assets from 5 to 9. Accordingly, Nasdaq filed Form 8-K with the SEC to add four altcoins, namely XRP, Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Stellar (XLM), to its crypto index. If Nasdaq’s application to the SEC for NCIUSS, which is a reference index, is accepted, XRP, SOL, XLM and ADA will be added to the fund, excluding Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Chainlink (LINK), Litecoin (LTC) and Uniswap (UNI). Hashdex’s ETF, which trades under the ticker NCIQ, also tracks this index and only offers investment in BTC and ETH due to regulations in the US, as restrictions imposed by the SEC prevent the ETF from holding digital assets other than BTC and ETH. However, if the SEC approves the application, Hasdex's NCIQ ETF will also be able to invest in all nine cryptocurrencies in the index.
