Anthony Scaramucci ’s SkyBridge Capital is a “much bigger Solana fan than Ethereum,” as said in a recent interview to CNBC . Solana ( SOL ) is a direct competitor to Ethereum ( ETH ) as a leading Layer-1 (L1) blockchain for decentralized applications and tokens. The interview was aired on February 10 at the Squawk Box show, anchored by Andrew Ross Sorkin. As developed, Sorkin asked Scaramucci to comment on Ethereum, following “Don Junior” bullish comments regarding ETH price. Finbold also reported Eric Trump showing a bullish bias towards Ethereum . However, while acknowledging that SkyBridge does own ETH in its portfolio, the 2005 investment firm is more bullish on SOL. Scaramucci summarized his thesis on why they prefer Solana to Ethereum, looking ahead at a tokenization future. “We do own ETH in small sizes. We are much bigger Solana fans than we are ETH. We don’t have a negative opinion of ETH. My partner and law school classmate, John Soulos, is sort of an ETH maximalist. So, he’s got ETH into our portfolio.
