The Risk Cap metric measures the risk level of an asset by analyzing the relationship between its market value (market cap) and capital change (delta cap). Normalized into 24-hour periods, this indicator provides important data on Bitcoin's price volatility and risk levels. The Risk Cap metric peaked in March 2024. A lower peak was formed in December, indicating a loss of momentum in market value. Wedson reiterated that he is bearish for Bitcoin in the short term, predicting that altcoin season is approaching but will gain momentum towards the end of April.
