If you're starting to worry about the risk of the labor market moving down, don't wait. Because I don't want to wait for the job market to collapse before lowering interest rates. The labor market is in good shape, but not as strong as in 2022. The FED should start the interest rate reduction process slowly but proceed cautiously to avoid surprises.
