U.S. Digital Asset Investment Manager Grayscale has submitted a Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding Horizen Trust. The Form 8-K was filed on Nov. 23 2024, and essentially reaffirms the events or updates pertaining to the trust and supplies important details to investors. Grayscale’s decision comes as part of its wider push to strengthen regulatory compliance while simultaneously meeting the changing needs of the crypto market.
