Bitcoin struggled to hold above the $85,000 mark, while XRP and Solana saw sharper declines. The global crypto market cap stands at $2.76 trillion, down 1.69% in the past day. Total crypto market volume over the last 24 hours is $75.78 billion, marking a 27.41% decline. Bitcoin (BTC) price today Bitcoin traded at $84,537.58, down around 1.62% in the past 24 hours. The coin’s 24-hour trading range was between $83,647.19 and $86,481.36. Bitcoin’s dominance is at 60.60%, down 0.01% from the previous day. Bitcoin surged to a 10-day high of $85,900 on Thursday, March 20, ahead of US President Donald Trump’s speech at Blockwork’s crypto digital asset summit. During his remarks, Trump reaffirmed his support for the crypto industry and highlighted his commitment to advancing the proposed Crypto Strategic Reserve initiative. However, with much of this sentiment already factored into recent rallies, his comments failed to spark fresh bullish momentum. Meanwhile, Bitcoin market sentiment has weakened to levels not seen since January 2023, according to CryptoQuant. The analytics firm reported Thursday that its Bull Score Index has dropped to 20, indicating that only two out of ten key metrics remain in bullish territory. This marks the lowest level in more than two years, falling below the historical threshold needed to sustain price appreciation. Ethereum (ETH) price today Ethereum (ETH) price slumped below the $2,000 mark again. The token was down around 2% to trade at $1,979.90. The intraday low and high were $1,952.24 and $12,025.68, respectively. SoSoValue data shows that on March 20 (Eastern Time), Ethereum spot ETFs recorded a total net outflow of $12.41 million. The BlackRock ETF (ETHA) saw the largest outflow, with $8.96 million exiting the fund. As of now, the total net asset value of Ethereum spot ETFs stands at $6.79 billion, representing 2.84% of Ethereum’s total market value. XRP and SOL price today XRP fell over 2%, trading at $2.42 after hitting an intraday low of $2.39 and a high of $2.52. XRP whales holding between 1 million and 10 million tokens have increased their holdings by 10% over the past two months, bringing their total to 5.81 billion XRP, valued at approximately $14 billion. Despite broader macroeconomic pressures, accumulation in this group has remained steady. In contrast, wallets holding between 10 million and 100 million XRP have shown mixed activity, with both accumulation and distribution occurring during the same period. Solana (SOL) crashed around 4% to $128.39 trading between $126.85 and $134.88 in the past 24 hours. Trading volume was down 36% at $2.33 billion. Top crypto gainers and losers Pi (PI) led the declines with an 18.54% drop in the last 24 hours, bringing its price down to $0.9417. PancakeSwap (CAKE) followed with a 6.79% fall, now trading at $2.39. Helium (HNT) slipped by 5.68% to $3.03, while Sonic (S) declined by 4.98% to $0.5098.
