According to the news, Jefferies will serve as lead underwriter in the IPO process. In November 2023, it attracted attention by purchasing the crypto media platform CoinDesk from Digital Currency Group. Bullish previously tried to go public via a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in 2021 but was unable to follow through with that plan.
