Specifically, Crypto.com, creator of Cronos ( CRO ), will donate $1 million to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, the California Fire Foundation, and the Los Angeles Police Foundation. The support is aimed at helping to equip firefighters and first responders in Los Angeles, the exchange announced. According to a press release by Crypto.com, the funds will enable these key departments to acquire the gear and equipment necessary to ensure their safety as they respond to the ongoing wildfires.
